Cornerstone Foundations is a group exercise class designed to help individuals feel stronger, calmer, and grounded in everyday activities and movements and to provide a movement option that is grounded in the Christian faith. This foundational class focuses on proper breathing technique, core strength, balance, posture, mobility, and overall nervous system regulation. Led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, this class is appropriate for those looking to supplement or transition from PT care as well as anyone who would like to improve daily function or add foundational exercises to their current exercise regimen. Although the group will perform exercises together, modifications can be made for those who are pregnant, postpartum, or suffering from chronic pain conditions.
Come experience movement, strength, and faith—all in one class! Whether you're looking to restore balance, relieve stress, or build a stronger foundation for everyday life, Cornerstone Foundations is here to support your journey.
